Dear Parents, This is to inform you that reporting time for the participants of the Annual Concert on 21st December will be 11:00 am. School transport will ply only in the morning. Students will accompany their parents at the end of the program. Please note that it will be a holiday for non-participants. We kindly request the parents to be seated in the event ground between 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Students will be dispersed only after the completion of the entire event. We will be sharing the dispersal venue in the event groups. You are advised to collect your child from the allotted area. Keeping in mind the cold weather, we request you to wear warm clothes to keep yourself comfortable during the event. Thank you for your co-operation. Regards
