                                                                 PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING REGISTRATION FORM 

   To obtain Registration Form, kindly follow the following procedure:-

•           Log on to www.dpslko.com

•           Click on the online registration button. (This form is best viewed in Google Chrome)

•           Agree to the terms and conditions that follow.

•           Fill the complete registration form carefully.

•           No changes in the details later shall be entertained.

•           Click on the submit button.

•           You will be redirected to the online payment page (Do not click refresh/back button).

•           Form & Registration Fee For Classes Pre-Nursery - IX and XI: 1500/-

•           Make payment of registration fee using appropriate payment options.

                                                                    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AS FOLLOWS:

1.             Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation/Nagar Nigam.

2.             Aadhar Card of the student.

3.             Latest Report Card of the student.

4.            PEN number "Personal Education Number" of the student.

5.             Two Passport size photographs of the ward.

6.            One Passport size photograph of each parent.

7.             Transfer Certificate (In Original)

Note - These documents have to be submitted at the school office at the time of admission.

                                                       DETAILS OF ENTRANCE TEST - CLASS PRE-NURSERY - IX & XI

A written test will be conducted at Delhi Public School, Shaheedpath in the following subjects: 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. The date and time of Entrance Test will be provided by the Admission cell.
2. Registration fee is non refundable.
3. The decision of the Principal with regard to admission is FINAL.
4. Age criteria for pre-primary classes is as follows:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       i  Child should be of 3+ years as on 31-Mar-2025 for class Pre-Nursery.

          ii Child should be of 4+ years as on 31-Mar-2025 for class Nursery.

          iii Child should be of 5+ years as on 31-Mar-2025 for class Prep.
