Description: A trip to Lucknow Zoological Garden was organized by DPS Shaheedpath on 4th February for the students of pre-primary wing . They saw a variety of animals and were fascinated by the beauty of nature. It was an enriching learning experience for the students.The students enthusiastically enjoyed the toy train ride and observed the majestic animals and birds like the royal Bengal tiger, white Bengal tiger, Asiatic lion, gray wolf, hoolock gibbon, Himalayan black bear, Indian rhinoceros, blackbuck, swamp deer, barking deer, hog deer, Asiatic elephant, giraffe, zebra. They were delighted to see a wide variety of flora and fauna. The toddlers were not only given knowledge about each of these animals but were also taught that they need to be kind and compassionate towards them by taking care of them.
